We kindly request that you keep to an appointment once booked, or rearrange the appointment within 24 hours of booking. This will allow us to accommodate our other patients who may require treatment.

Unfortunately, it will be necessary for the clinic to make a 50% charge should you not arrive for an appointment without providing 24 hours prior notice.

We understand that sometimes the unexpected can arise, in which case please feel free to discuss your situation with your chiropractor so that the clinic can consider waiving the fee.
